Ultravox configuration

Ultravox configuration represents only callTemplate. It includes medium, VAD, output medium, voice overrides, selected tools, context schema, shared secrets, retention and background audio. Agent-envelope name and response metadata are outside this configuration.

HTTP, client and data-connection inline tool schemas are available to the provider implementation. Ultravox remains unregistered, so these changes do not add an Ultravox option to the deploy UI or standalone tool deployment. Existing duration strings and external-voice settings remain accepted.
